Maggi Savoury Muffins

Ingredients to make Maggi Savoury Muffins

  • Maggi noodles 1 pack
  • Veggies like sweet corn and green peas 1/2 cup each
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Green onions chopped finely 1/4 th cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 4

How to make Maggi Savoury Muffins

  1. Prepare maggi as per the instructions.
  2. Saute the corn and the green peas in a tablespoon of butter.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, chilli flakes, coriander and green onions.
  4. Mix the sauteed veggies and the maggi.
  5. Grease the muffin pan well. Pour a tablespoon of maggi and veggies mix in it.
  6. Now pour 2 tbsp of the egg mix on top of it. Give it a good stir.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 12 mins.
  8. Serve them hot. One pack of maggi makes about 8 muffins.
  9. They taste utterly yummylicious
My Tip: No need of add salt separately as maggi already contains it. If desired it can be added.
