Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. To grind
  2. Coriander leaves 2 cups
  3. Ginger 1/4 inch
  4. Garlic 4 Cloves
  5. Tomato 2 numbers
  6. Green chilly 4 numbers
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For Rice
  9. Basmati rice 2 cups
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 2 tablespoon
  12. For sauting
  13. Oil 2 tablespoon
  14. Chana dal 1 tablespoon
  15. Urud dal 1 tablespoon
  16. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  17. curry leaves
  18. Onion 1 big cut in cubes

Instructions

  1. Grind the ingredients into smooth paste
  2. Cook rice for 1 whistle
  3. Saute ingredients
  4. Add paste and saute it till it gives out oil
  5. Then turn off the flame and add rice and mix well
