Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled maggi - 1 cup
  2. corn flour - 1/4 cup
  3. maida - 4 spoons
  4. soya sauce - 1 spoon
  5. salt - 1/2 spoon
  6. red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
  7. onion slices- 4 spoons
  8. dhaniya powder-1 spoon
  9. oil to fry
  10. coriander to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl add maggi, corn flour, maida, soya sauce, salt, red chilli powder, onion slices and dhaniya powder
  2. make small balls from all the ingredients mentioned in step 1 in round shape.
  3. Turn on the gas and in a kadhai add oil and fry the Manchurian balls
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
