Maggi Oats Soup

Ingredients to make Maggi Oats Soup

  • For Oat balls:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp capsicum (finally chopped)
  • 2 tbsp onion (finally chopped)
  • 2 tbsp mushrooms (finally chopped)
  • 1/2 green chilli (finally chopped)
  • 1 cup classic masala oats
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 cup boiled maggi noodles
  • Soup ingredients:
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup broccoli sliced
  • 1 cup boiled Maggi
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

How to make Maggi Oats Soup

  1. For Balls: Heat a pan, add oil, and all the ingredients one by one, roast the oats with veggies for some time, add water, mix well. Let it cool for some time, make balls out of it, wrap Maggi noodles around the oats balls.
  2. Heat the appam pan, add little oil, Cook the oats balls till golden.
  3. For Soup: Take oil and butter in a pan and once heated add chopped onions, finely sliced mushroom, broccoli and Capsicum. Add salt, soy sauce, vegetable stock and boiled Maggie noodles and let it simmer.
  4. Place oats balls in a deep bowl and pour the soup on it.
My Tip: Note- If you wish you can steam these oats balls in dim-sum basket.
