Ingredients to make Special spicy maggi

  • Maggi - 2 packets
  • Maggi masala - 2 packets
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Kanda lasun masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion - 1 small
  • Chopped capsicum - 1 small
  • Chopped tomato - 1 small
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Chopped Coriander

How to make Special spicy maggi

  1. In a pan add oil and onion sauté until turns pink
  2. Add capsicum sauté it for few seconds
  3. Add tomatoes,toss all the vegetables well. Leave it for 2 minutes
  4. Add Maggi masala, kanda lasun masala and pinch of salt mix it well
  5. Add water, once it starts boiling add Maggi
  6. Once the water is dried up add chopped coriander and the Maggi is ready to serve
My Tip: If you want to make it more spicy sprinkle some kanda lasun masala over it
