  • Oil-2cup+1/2teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour-2teaspoons
  • Two tea strainers (one big and one small)
  • Ingredients of vegetables
  • Carrots-1 cut into small cubes
  • Beans-7-8 (cut into small pieces )
  • Capsicum -1/2 (cut into small pieces )
  • Peas-1/4cup
  • Corn-1/2cup
  • Spring onions-1/4cup (chopped )
  • Garlic-2 (minced)
  • Soya sauce-1/2teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce-1teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper -1/4teaspoon

How to make Maggie Noodles Vegetable Basket

  1. Boil 1 1/2nd water with little salt and oil
  2. When water will start boiling switch off the gas and add Maggie noodles.Let the noodles be soft for
  3. In between gently stir with a spoon
  4. Drain the water through a strainer and rinse with cold water,mix with some oil and keep aside for 15 minutes
  5. Spread the noodles in a plate
  6. Take a big tea strainer,keep noodles on it,press with palm to make a shape of basket
  7. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed deep wok,and keep the strainer into oil
  8. Put the small strainer on it,hold tightly,fry on medium flame until light brown
  9. Remove from oil,cut the edges with knife, turn onto a plate,basket will come out from strainer
  10. How to make vegetables
  11. Heat oil in a pan,add garlic minced
  12. Add all chopped veggies with peas and corn,fry until light brown
  13. Add soya and tomato sauce
  14. Add salt and pepper,mix properly
  15. Switch off the gas,garnish with chopped spring onions
  16. If you want you can add some non veg like chicken, prawns
  17. Now put the vegetables on the basket,garnish with some remaining chopped spring onions
My Tip: As strainers are made with steel, so it will get hot when you will hold while frying the basket,so hold it with a cloth.
