Ingredients to make Maggi Bhelpuri Shots

  • puffed rice 3 cups
  • Maggi noodles deep fried 2 cups
  • Besan sev as required ( nearly a cup)
  • Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
  • Cucumber 2 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Green onions few stalks (only white part)
  • Coriander leaves chopped finely 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped finely 3
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Peanuts fried 1/2 cup

How to make Maggi Bhelpuri Shots

  1. Deep fry the maggi noodles and drain on an absorbent paper. These can be toasted as well or shallow fried too.
  2. Chop all the veggies and keep ready.
  3. Combine all of these in a large mixing bowl and toss.
  4. Serve in small shot glasses for that awesome gorgeous look.
