ROSY MAGGI PUDDING

Ingredients to make ROSY MAGGI PUDDING

  • maggi 1 bunch
  • sugar (for pudding) 4 tbsp
  • water 11/2 cups
  • rasberry red colour few drops
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Rose essence few drops
  • For Custard
  • milk 2 cups
  • pistachio falvoured custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • roasted chopped almonds 2 tbsp

How to make ROSY MAGGI PUDDING

  1. First add water sugar cardamom powder in a pan and heat it
  2. Add red colour in it
  3. Break maggi in portions and add in it
  4. Start cooking and meanwhile add rose essence
  5. Cook it till maggi gets cooked properly but not over cooked
  6. As it done turn of the gas and take out in a small bowl keep it in fridge for some time that maggi should absorb syrup properly and get set
  7. Now for making custard mix milk sugar and custard powder and pour it in a pan and cook
  8. Cook it till it become thick
  9. As it done turn off gas and take out in a bowl and keep it in fridge
  10. For serving de-mould maggi pudding in serving plate
  11. Pour chilled custard garnish
  12. Garnish with almonds and serve

My Tip:

You can change flavour of pudding and custard as per your choice
