ABOUT Qeema Maggi RECIPE

It is one of the most favourite recipes of mine and has some of the fondest memories associated with it. It is such an awesome combo. Lip smacking maggi preparation and to say, it's quite a simple one too. With bare minimum spices, it tastes yummy and as child i relished it a lot and not to mention the extraordinary mummy ka magic that came with it always.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maggi noodles 1 pack
  2. Mince mutton 150 gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Onion 1 medium finely sliced
  5. Cubeb crushed or powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped few
  10. Spring onion green part to garnish
  11. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. The mince mutton needs to be just stir fried here. Therefore use fine mince for this recipe.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the onions until done.
  3. Add the mince and all the spices.
  4. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 mins.
  5. Open the lid and give it a good stir and switch off the flame after 2 mins.
  6. Make the maggi noodles only with little of the tastemaker. And also keep them little firmer. Do not over cook.
  7. To serve, mix the mince with the noodles lightly and serve hot. It tastes yummy.
