Memories-mere ghar ke bahar jo nest hua karta tha uski yaad aa jaati hai.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack Maggi
  2. 1 potato boiled and mashed
  3. 1/2 cup fine chopped veggies (carrot, beans)
  4. 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tbsp Seasoning masala
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Coriander leaves for plating
  10. Very small pieces of radish for making eyes
  11. Small piece of carrot for making nose

Instructions

  1. Make Maggi and keep aside
  2. Mix boiled potatoes, ingredients and mix well
  3. Make cutlets from it
  4. Fry them
  5. Place eyes and nose on it as shown in the pic
  6. Place maggi for plating
  7. Keep coriander leaves on side
  8. Place ready cutlets on the nest
