ABOUT Sapodilla Dessert RECIPE

A creamy Chikoo base with the toppings of nuts wafers and ice cream. Yummilicious

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chikoo-6-7 numbers
  2. Condensed Milk - as required
  3. Vanilla essence- 2 drops
  4. Milk- half cup
  5. Fresh cream-2 tbsp
  6. For toppings:
  7. wafer biscuits
  8. Nuts (of your choice )
  9. Ice cream
  10. Kit Kat chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend Chikoo, condensed milk, milk into a thick puree
  2. Add some cream and mix well
  3. Pour into the Glass bowl and set it in the fridge for a while
  4. For toppings: Crush wafers into tiny pieces
  5. Add nuts and ice cream and give them a good stir
  6. Make a ball from this mixture and place it on Sapodilla layer.
  7. Finally place a Kit Kat on the corner of the bowl
  8. Set it further in the refrigerator and serve the Dessert
