Ingredients to make Mc Puff

  • Bread slices 4 (jumbo size)
  • Cheese Slices 4
  • Sweet corn nibblets creamy style 1/2 tin
  • onion 1, finely chopped
  • capsicum 1, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1tsp
  • Refined flour 2 tbsp added with little water to make a paste

How to make Mc Puff

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add chopped onions and fry them till turns pink.
  2. Then add chopped capsicum and cook for a minute.
  3. Add creamy corn and cook for another minute. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Trim the sides of bread slices. Keep one slice at a time in micro wave for 30 seconds.
  6. Roll the soggy bread with little pressure using rolling pin. Make all the slices ready like this.
  7. Now take one bread slice ,keep the cheese slice on it. Now fill 1 tbsp filling on it.
  8. With the help of refined flour paste on three sides, seal the filling by giving it the shape of rectangle.
  9. Make all the slices ready like this.Apply little oil on both the sides of bread.Keep on the pre-heated griller safely and cook till both sides turns light brown and crispy.
  10. When grilled properly, cut diagonally. Serve with tomato sauce.

My Tip:

Relish the home made puff which is much healthier than outside stuff.
