Ingredients to make Maggi pakora

  • Maggi (3-4 pack)
  • Vegetables (potato, carrot, beans)
  • Coriander leaves(chop)
  • Chopped onions(chop)
  • Chopped chillies(chop)
  • Black pepper powder (half tsp)
  • Cornflour
  • Eggs (2-3)

How to make Maggi pakora

  1. Boil the maggi first and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the vegetables like potatoes, carrot, beans any other vegetables you like.
  3. In a bowl take all the boiled vegetables.Then add maggi masala, salt, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, chopped onions, green chillies chopped, mash all the ingredients with hands.
  4. Make small round shaped like balls.
  5. Make a batter adding cornflour, eggs and salt.
  6. Coat the maggi balls in the batter.
  7. Place a pan heat oil fry the maggi balls in golden brown. Garnish it with tomato ketchup.
