Schezwan Maggie omelette

Ingredients to make Schezwan Maggie omelette

  • Maggi noodles 1 packet (boiled and drained excess water)
  • Maggi masala 1 sachet (its available with noodles packet)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 green chillies (or as per your spicy taste)
  • Coriander leaves
  • schezwan chutney 2 tablespoons ( as per your spicy taste)
  • Salt
  • chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup

How to make Schezwan Maggie omelette

  1. Boil Maggie with a tablespoon of oil (boil it only halfway) drain excess water and keep it on side
  2. In a bowl add minced onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, dry spice powder, salt, schezwan chutney mix well then add eggs and beat it well
  3. And into this add boiled Maggie (Don't mix it too hard ) just lightly fold it
  4. Heat oil in a pan or tawa
  5. Add mixture with spoon 2-3 spoon just make a small size omelette
  6. Fry on both sides
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and schezwan chutney
My Tip: Instead of buying schezwan chutney from store I love to make it myself at home. With no preservatives.
