Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One packet of Maggi
  2. One cup boiled pasta
  3. Two cups leftover pav bhaji
  4. Cheese grated one cup
  5. Lemon and chopped onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil one cup of water then add Maggi and cook it for one minute
  2. Don't over cook
  3. Drain excess water
  4. Take pan and add 1 tbs oil
  5. Add pasta and pavbhaji
  6. Mix well
  7. Now add boiled maggi and mix gently
  8. Now for plating in a plate place half of grated cheese
  9. Place half ready mixture on it
  10. Again add a layer of cheese
  11. And layer of ready mixture on top of it again
  12. Finally place a cheese layer
  13. Garnish with chopped onion and lemon
  14. Serve with bread
