Ingredients to make Maggi Vegetable Au Gratin

  • Maggi 1 cup 2 cups chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrots , green peas , cauliflower and french beans) 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped 1 tbsp mix herbs 1 /2 chilli 1/2 tbsp black paper powder 1 cup white sauce salt and to taste 1/4 tsp oil 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

How to make Maggi Vegetable Au Gratin

  1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Take water in non-stick pan add Maggi and cook for 3 minutes Add the mixed vegetables, white sauce, salt and pepper, mix herbs and garlic,
  2. maggi mix well and for another 2 minute. Pour into a greased baking bowl sprinkle the cheese evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 to 7 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  3. Serve hot very yummy and cheesey ,very fast testy and yummy
