Ingredients to make Instant Mung Paneer Uttapam

  • Whole Mung bean 1cup
  • Rice flour 1cup
  • coriander leaves 3tbsp
  • Green chillie 5
  • Tomatto 1 chopped
  • onion 1 chopped
  • paneer 1/2 cup grated
  • baking soda 1 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Instant Mung Paneer Uttapam

  1. Soak Mung overnight then grind it in mixer jar with water
  2. Add rice flour, coriander leaves, chilli, water, soda and salt, mix it well
  3. Leave for 5 minutes, add tomato, onion, paneer mix it
  4. Heat pan spread oil make small uttapam, cook it from both sides, put some oil both sides
  5. Ready to eat
