Ingredients to make Chinese stuff bread

  • Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • 1 tsp - yeast
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • corn - 1 tbsp
  • paneer - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • mix vegetables - 1/2 cup
  • tomato sause - 1 tbsp
  • white pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

How to make Chinese stuff bread

  1. In the flour, mix in yeast, sugar and milk, make a dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. In a pan, pour some oil, add in ginger garlic paste. Add in the chopped vegetables and in the soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt, paneer, corn. Cook for 3 minutes then add in tomato sauce, cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the dough in a baking tray and spread the filling. Roll or make any design of choice.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or till the outer portion becomes brown.
My Tip: Mayonise add with tomato sause
