Ingredients to make international ghewar

  • 2 Cup - Maida (all purpose flour)
  • ghee - 1/4 cup
  • oil for frying
  • Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  • Kiwi sliced - 1
  • Silver Varakh as much as required
  • Chocolate cigar for garnishing
  • Rabdi - 1 cup
  • sugar Syrup - 2 cups

How to make international ghewar

  1. First beat the ghee till creamy, add maida. Add in the 2 cups of water to make a fine paste.
  2. Let it rest for 15 minutes
  3. In a deep frying pan heat some oil, pour batter in the oil from a height, then lower the flame. Repeat this process till you have prepared three Ghewars.
  4. While still warm dip it in sugar syrup then place on a serving plate. Pour on some rabdi & put some dry fruits. Place the second ghewar and repeat.
  5. Garnish with rabdi, silver varak, sliced kiwi and chocolate cigar.
