Maggi chowmein rolls

Ingredients to make Maggi chowmein rolls

  • Maggi packet-2
  • Capsicum-1
  • Onion-1
  • Cabbage-1/2
  • Bread slice-6
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tsp

How to make Maggi chowmein rolls

  1. Boil maggi in a pan with water adding pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp oil
  2. Strain them and stir with oily hands
  3. In a pan add 2 tsp oil
  4. Add chopped onion and fry for 1-2 min
  5. Add chopped cabbage and capsicum and fry for 2-3 min
  6. Add boiled maggi, salt, chilli powder and all the sauces. mix well. keep it aside
  7. Take the bread slices and cut the corners. Dip one side of a slice of the bread lightly in the water. Place the slice between your palms and press, squeezing out the excess water.
  8. Place the maggi filling in the center of this bread and mold the bread to completely cover it all around.
  9. Repeat to make all the rolls. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. Drop the rolls slowly into it
  10. Fry the bread rolls until they are golden brown
  11. Serve hot with green chutney
