ABOUT Maggi Buddha Bowl RECIPE

A complete meal bowl for the days when you are in a mood for Maggi ! This bowl has stir fried Paneer Cubes, Chinese Style Maggi, Sauted Veggies and some raw cucumber + radish roses..topped with sesame seeds

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Packet Maggi Masala
  2. 1/2 Cup Cubbed Paneer
  3. 1 Onion , Chopped
  4. 1 spring onion
  5. 2.5 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  7. 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  8. 1.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  9. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  10. 1 Red bell pepper
  11. 1 Yellow Pepper
  12. Salt
  13. Olive oil
  14. Diced Cucumber
  15. diced carrot
  16. 1/2 Teaspoon white sesame seeds
  17. Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First we have to marinate Paneer Cubes into 1 Teaspoon of dark soy sauce, minced garlic ,1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder and a pinch of salt.Keep it for 15 minutes.
  2. While the Paneer is marinating, chop the bell peppers into thin long stripes.Heat up some olive oil in a pan and lightly saute the chopped bell peppers.
  3. Add Schezwan sauce, 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce, 1 Teaspoon White vinegar, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder and salt.Give it a good stir and cook for couple of seconds.Once done, keep it aside.
  4. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil and add the marinated paneer cubes into it,Cook for 4-5 minutes and keep it aside once done.
  5. Time to cook Maggi: so take some water into a big pan, and add maggi into the pan once the water starts boiling.Let the maggi cook completely and then drain the excess water.
  6. Heat oil in another pan and add chopped onions & spring onions into it and cook for few seconds.Now add the cooked maggi , Maggi Masala and remaining Soy sauce plus black pepper powder.Cook for few seconds & sprinkle spring onion
  7. Now we have to assemble the bowl so put the cooked maggi in a bowl, add stir fried paneer cubes to its side.Then add diced cucumber and carrot next to paneer cubes and in the end add the sauted bell pepper into the bowl.
  8. Garnish with some sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves and Enjoy !
