Ingredients to make Tangy Maggi Cirque

  • Cabbage 1 small
  • Carrot 1 medium size
  • Potato 1
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli 2
  • Maida 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Maggi noodles 1 pack
  • oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Tangy Maggi Cirque

  1. Grate all the vegetables.
  2. Prepare the maggi noodles by adding maggi masala and water.
  3. Take the veggie content and add salt, black pepper powder and maida and mix well.
  4. Take a little amount of mixture in hands and then put maggi little and then cover it with more mixture. Prepare the ball and keep aside. Repeat for rest of the mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pieces.
My Tip: If the balls breaks on frying then apply maida or bread crumbs on the balls
