Maggie Kala Chana Kabab

Ingredients to make Maggie Kala Chana Kabab

  • Maggie 1 packet
  • Boiled Potatotes 2
  • Black channa boiled 1 small bowl
  • cornflour 1 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • Few big toothpicks
  • green chutney
  • onions for garnishing

How to make Maggie Kala Chana Kabab

  1. Boil the maggi noodles and keep aside.
  2. Mash the boiled channa properly.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala to the mixture.
  4. Roll the Mixture into small oval balls and carefully place them in toothpicks.
  5. Roll the kababs In cornflour and keep aside.
  6. Add the tastemaker to the boiled maggi.
  7. Taking some water in hands, wrap the maggie noodles around the Kebabs.
  8. Prepare Other kebabs in the same manner.
  9. Shallow fry all the kebabs carefully.
  10. The maggi kala channa kababs are ready.
  11. Garnish with onion and green chutney.

My Tip:

Use vegetables in the kebabs For making them more healthy.
