Maggi arabiata

Ingredients to make Maggi arabiata

  • 2 pack masala maggi
  • Water 3 cups
  • For arabiata sauce:
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Paprika 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato blanched, Peeled and chopped 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil leaves

How to make Maggi arabiata

  1. First take a wok add water in it make it boil add maggi noodles and taste maker mix well for 2 min, switch off the flame keep cooked maggi aside .
  2. Take another wok add oil in it, add garlic saute it a little.
  3. Add onion saute it too till pink colour appears
  4. Add tomato ketchup, copped tomato, oregano and paprika
  5. Mix all the ingredients well, cook for ten minutes or so
  6. Add basil leaves in it
  7. Now add this arabiata sauce to maggi
  8. Heat in microwave before serving.
  9. Serve with basil leaves on top
My Tip: U can add cheese too in this recipe...
