Maggi Masala Kababs

Ingredients to make Maggi Masala Kababs

  • 1 pack maggi noodles cooked with masala taste maker as per the instructions on the pack.
  • 1 tsp garlic pods chopped
  • 1 tsp cashews coarsely broken
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder roasted
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1/4 th cup cheese grated
  • 1 packet maggi masala tastemaker
  • Very little salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Bread crumbs to coat
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil (to shallow fry)

How to make Maggi Masala Kababs

  1. Add noodles, potatoes, salt, cashews, cumin powder, garlic, garam masala, chilli flakes, tastemaker, cheese, ginger powder, coriander leaves and carrot in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Now take a big lemon size mixture and roll it in the shape of a kabab.
  3. Repeat the procedure to make more kababs.
  4. Coat them with bread crumbs
  5. Add a tsp of olive oil to a pan and place the kababs one by one and shallow fry on medium flame.
  6. Keep turning them from time to time until golden brown in colour and crisp.
  7. Take them out on an absorbent paper.
  8. Do the plating.
  9. Serve crispy hot Maggi masala kababs with green mint coriander chutney.
  10. Enjoy, its different

My Tip:

Do not overdo the mixing otherwise the noodles will get mushy. You can add other vegetables of your choice.
