Maggi Custard Pudding

Ingredients to make Maggi Custard Pudding

  • 1/2 packet Maggi
  • 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 1 tbsp strawberry custard powder
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Chopped almonds to garnish
  • Fruits - seasonal I used oranges, black grapes and green grapes.

How to make Maggi Custard Pudding

  1. Boil maggi plain
  2. Make strawberry custard with half of the milk and strawberry custard powder
  3. Now cook the custard for 5 minutes and keep stirring
  4. Add the Maggi to this cooking custard and cool in small serving bowls
  5. Now mix maggi in vanilla custard similar to strawberry one add raisins to it and cook for 5 mins and remove in two separate bowls
  6. Use any bowls which can shape the pudding round after it sets
  7. Pour pink custard first and then vanilla, yellow on top and let it set
  8. Set for at least 1 hour, then serve upside down garnished with fruits and almonds roughly chopped on top
  9. Serve cold well set
My Tip: Enjoy the pudding cold.
