Ingredients to make Chocolaty Maggi Brick

  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Coco powder 1/4 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1/4-1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder 1/4 cup
  • peanut butter 1 tsp
  • Maggi noodles few pieces

How to make Chocolaty Maggi Brick

  1. Dry roast the maggi in a pan
  2. Sieve milk powder, coco powder and sugar powder 2-3 times in order to mix properly
  3. Now melt the butter and mix into the above mixture without making lumps
  4. Now add the peanut butter too and mix well.
  5. Now take the mould and put few maggi pieces and then pour the chocolate mixture and again top with maggi pieces.
  6. Repeat for whole mixture.
  7. Refrigerate it for 5 minutes.
My Tip: Don't put the mould in fridger.
