Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi- 1 packet
  2. White chaap-3
  3. Curd- half tbsp
  4. Fresh malai or Cream-half tbsp
  5. Processed grated cheese-1 tbsn
  6. Lemon juice or venigar-1 tsp
  7. Ginger&Galrlic -1 tsn
  8. Mint leave and dhaniya paste-half tbsn
  9. Pepper-half tspn
  10. Musturd powder-half tspn.
  11. Garam masala-half tspn

Instructions

  1. 1. Remove stick from soya cheap and boil it for 10- 15 minutes with 1 tspn salt. And dry with towel and cut pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients in bowl with salt. 3. Marinate soya chaap with mixture for 1-2 hours keep it in refrigerator. 4. Now grease plate pre heated microwave at 180 degree for 15-20 minutes. Or make it in tandoor. Make maggi and put the tandoori soya chaap with onion rings serve hot.
