ABOUT Maggi Cookie RECIPE

An innovative combination of maggi with cookies. Easy bhi taste bhi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida 1 cup
powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Milk 2 tsp
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Pinch salt
Maggi noodles few pieces

Instructions

Microwave butter for few seconds until soft.
Dry roast the maggi pieces.
Combine butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well until fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and milk to the above mixture. Now preheat the microwave at 180°C.
Combine salt, maida and baking powder in another bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and few pieces of maggi and mix well.
Form balls out of the mixture and flatten a bit.
Place the balls on microwave safe tray and top with maggi and then microwave for 5 minutes.
