How to make Maggilicious Veg Burger

  1. Firstly prepare maggi masala noodles as per the instructions on the pack and keep aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add mashed potatoes, green peas, green chillies, and half of maida, dry powdered spices and salt and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty.
  4. Make a thick batter by mixing rest of the refined flour and water.
  5. Dip each patty in the batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown.
  7. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
  8. For assembling
  9. Cut bread buns into half (horizontally).
  10. Apply readymade mayonnaise generously on the lower half of the bun and top with slices of onion, tomato and cucumber.
  11. Lay the aloo patty and sprinkle oregano, black pepper powder, salt to taste.
  12. Add a generous amount of ready maggi noodles.
  13. Finally cover with cheese slice and the top half of the burger bun.
  14. Now heat it for a minute in microwave so that the cheese melts.
  15. Serve hot on a bed of maggi noodles, immediately with ketchup
  16. Enjoy this energy packed Burger endlessly

My Tip:

We can shallow fry the aloo patty. Can also prepare the burger by stuffing maggi noodles in the burger bun.
