How to make Maggi laddoo

  1. Take the Maggi in a mixer jar and pulse for few seconds to get a course powder
  2. In a pan take ghee.
  3. When the ghee becomes hot deep fry the maggi to be used for garnishing and keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add the powdered maggi and fry for few minutes.
  5. Now add the semolina and again fry till you get a nice aroma.
  6. Now switch off the gas and add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix well and let cool down
  8. Crush the deep fried maggi in your hand and keep in a plate
  9. When the mixture is warm enough to be hold grease your palms and make laddoos
  10. Roll the laddoos on the crushed maggi

My Tip:

Let the mixture cool down before you make the laddoos.if still you are unable to make laddoo keep the mixture in freeze for some time.the ghee will staart to solidify ans you can easily make the laddoos.
