Maggi Mashed Potato with Tahini sauce

Ingredients to make Maggi Mashed Potato with Tahini sauce

  • Chicken Maggi (overcooked) with masala 2 tbsp
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Tahini paste 1 tbsp (homemade)
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Cheese grated 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Maggi Mashed Potato with Tahini sauce

  1. Mash boiled potato with masher and cook with butter and milk.
  2. Let it thicken a little and keep aside.
  3. Heat olive oil, saute crushed garlic, add chopped onion and saute.
  4. Add zeera powder and chili powder. Mix well.
  5. Add Cooked Maggi, mix and turn off the gas. Add grated Cheese in warm mixture only so it melts well.
  6. Now take mashed Potato in a big bowl. Add the Maggi mixture, add Tahini and mix well. Adjust salt.
  7. Serve by sprinkling roasted Sesame seeds and little chilli powder.

My Tip:

Cook Maggi for some more time as we are adding it in mashed potatoes. You can make Tahini in advance.
