Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kuttu Atta - 3 to 4 cups
  2. Milk - 1/4 cup
  3. Paneer - 250 gms
  4. Carrots - 2
  5. Green chillies - 2 to 3
  6. Black pepper powder as per taste
  7. Oil or ghee as required
  8. Sendha Namak as per taste

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough of kuttu ka atta with salt, milk and bit of water for pooris and leave it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Now grate paneer and carrots in a pan and add nicely chopped green chillies in it. Add salt and pepper in the mixture.
  3. Take a deep frying pan and put oil for frying in it and let it get heated.
  4. Now make 2 poories, lay one and fill it with the mixture of paneer and carrot on it and cover it with another poori. Lock the sides with a fork.
  5. Put the poori in the pan for frying. Fry it till it turns to light golden. Fry all the poories.
  6. After cooling, cut it into 2 pieces and serve hot.
