Maggi Bhel

Ingredients to make Maggi Bhel

  • maggi- 1 packet
  • tomato- 1
  • Boiled potato- 2
  • onion- 1
  • coriander leaves
  • tomato sauce- 2 tbls
  • Green chutney (optional)
  • lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • salt to Taste
  • red Chuli- 1/2 tsp
  • oil- 1 tsp

How to make Maggi Bhel

  1. Shallow fry the noodles in a kadhai or roast them without oil in a pan until golden brown and let it cool
  2. crush noddles with palms
  3. In a small bowl, mix the water, tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside, add green chutney(optional)
  4. Now finely chop the tomato, onion, raw mango, potato and chili
  5. In a bowl, bring together the fried/roasted maggi, the masala mix and the veggies. Mix it well add red chilli powder and lemon juice
  6. garnish with coriander and sev

My Tip:

Use puffed rice with maggi and add meethi imli chutney
