Amazingly beautiful looks and superb cheesy flavour makes it a most popular idea among all the cheese lovers the world over, what I am referring to here is the awesome one pot meal, The famous Mac and Cheese of English origin where cooked macaroni is infused with lots of cheddar cheese, which is made instantly on stovetop as well as baked. Here I tried to infuse the equally popular maggi noodles with it, thus giving it a whole new dimension. Indulge in this simple and quickly made cheesy beauty to experience it's flavourful magic and charisma. It can add volumes to any party either a birthday or a kitty party or a family reunion.

Ingredients Serving: 1

Maggi noodles pack 1
Cheddar cheese slices 2
Butter 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4th cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Parsley flakes 1 tbsp

Instructions

Make maggi noodles with just a little of tastemaker and set aside.
In a non stick pot, heat the butter and add the all purpose flour.
Stir it continuously on low flame until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen.
Add in the milk and stir it well so that no lumps are remaining and the mixture thickens a bit.
Now add in the cheese and the salt and give them all a good mix.
Finally stir in the boiled noodles and mix well.
Garnish with the chilli flakes and the parsley flakes and serve it steaming hot right away.
