  1. Ingredients For Schezwan Chicken Sticks : 1/2 kg boneless chicken cut in cubes 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chilly sauce 1 tsp schezwan chutney 1 tbsp maida 1 tbsp cornflour salt to taste 1 egg pinch of orange red colour 1 tsp white pepper powder breadcrumbs for coating rawa for coating Ingredients For White Sauce : 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp maida 200 ml milk salt to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 3 cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. 1 . In chicken cubes mix all the above ingredients of schezwan chicken sticks and marinate chicken for around 4 to 5 hours. 2 . Skew each chicken piece in sticks and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with little bit rawa. 3.Now deep fry chicken and keep aside. 4 . For making sauce heat butter and roast maida well.Add milk and stir continuously then add salt and black pepper powder and add grated cheese and stir continuously till it becomes thick. 5 . Pour the sauce on the chicken sticks and garnish with green onion and serve hot.
