Curd Toast

Ingredients to make Curd Toast

  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • 4 - bread slice
  • 1 & a 1/2 tsp - mustered seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - red chili powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Curd Toast

  1. Mix curd, salt and red chili powder and whisk.
  2. Cut bread slices in round shape or shape of your choice with a cutter.
  3. Spread the curd mixture on one side of bread slices. Heat oil on a tawa/pan and add mustard seeds.
  4. When mustard seeds crackle place the bread slices over it and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Flip the slices and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Remove from the pan, serve hot.
