Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maggi boiled - 1 kg
  2. tomato pieces - 1 cup
  3. capsicum pieces- 1 cup
  4. onion pieces- 2 cups
  5. coriander chopped- 4 spoons
  6. whole garam masala - 1/4 cup
  7. Bay Leaf - 1/4 cup
  8. ghee - 6 spoons
  9. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a big size kadhai on the stove and add ghee, whole garam masala and onions
  2. medium fry the onions and then add tomato, bay leaf, salt, capsicum and fry for 5 mins
  3. then add boiled maggi and in another five mins hot maggi biriyani is ready to serve in hot plates
