Malai Chicken Tikka

Ingredients to make Malai Chicken Tikka

  • Chicken breast - 3
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
  • green chilli - 1 to 2
  • kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • black peppercorns - 1 tsp
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • cream cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • oil to shallow fry or bake or grill

How to make Malai Chicken Tikka

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, grated mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, corn flour, green chilli chopped, kasoori methi,coriander leaves, salt and crushed black pepper.
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. As per your choice you can grill on a stick or bake on a tray.
  4. Preheat the oven 180°C, but bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes. You can also heat some oil and shallow fry.
  5. Garnish with grated cheese & coriander leaves
  6. Serve with green chutney
