ABOUT Fruit Cheese cake using hung curd RECIPE

I have used hung curd and paneer instead of cream cheese

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 gm yogurt/homemade Dahi (hung it for an hour)
  2. 200 gm paneer
  3. Half tin condensed milk
  4. 100 gm Whipped Cream
  5. Sugar if needed
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. Mixed dried fruits( figs, prunes, apricots, walnuts, raisins,etc
  8. 200gm dark chocolate bar
  9. 200 gm cream (amul)
  10. 1-2 tspn Gelatin
  11. Digestive biscuits 8-10
  12. Butter melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits and add melted butter, you can add cinnamon to this mixture. Press in a spring foam container. Keep it in the fridge to set
  2. Now take hung curd and paneer, blend it in a blender, till smooth. Add condensed milk and mix it properly.
  3. Add gelatin in warm water till it dissolves. Add this gelatin to the paneer mixture. Mix it properly Add the cinnamon and dried fruits.
  4. Add whipped cream and fold the mixture nicely. Pour it to the biscuit base and let it set for 4-5 hours in fridge.
  5. Prepare chocolate ganache by heating cream and chocolate bar. Add it to the set base and let it get set and now the cheese cake is ready to eat.
  6. I have used cookie moulds to set the cheese cake.
