Ingredients to make Shrikhand

  • Hung curd 4 cup
  • sugar 3 cup or to taste
  • Chopped pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • saffron 1/2 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

How to make Shrikhand

  1. Soak the saffron in milk and keep aside
  2. Take hung curd in a big bowl, add sugar and beat for 2 to 3 minutes, or till sugar mix properly
  3. Add pistachio, almonds and cardamom powder, mix properly
  4. Add saffron milk and give it a mix
  5. Serve chilled with some pistachio and almond garnishing
