Breakfast Yoghurt Panna Cotta !

Ingredients to make Breakfast Yoghurt Panna Cotta !

  • 1/2 cup : Milk
  • 1 tsp : vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup : Honey
  • 1 tbsp : Agar Agar powder
  • 1 cup : Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp : Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp : Chopped Pecans
  • 2 nos : Strawberries sliced
  • Mint leaves for garnish(optional)

How to make Breakfast Yoghurt Panna Cotta !

  1. In a sauce pan heat milk , honey, vanilla essence. Add in agar agar powder. Stir and simmer for couple of minutes.
  2. In a seperate bowl take greek yoghurt and whisk to smooth texture. To this add in the milk mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the yoghurt mix into glasses or cups of choice and set in the refrigerator for couple of hours or until set.
  4. Later top the set panna cotta with dried cranberries, pecans. Garnish with strawberry slices and mint leaves.

My Tip: Agar agar can be replaced with unflavored gelatin. Greek yoghurt can be alternated to hung curd.
