Ingredients to make Curd fruit truffle

  • Curd 1/2 lt
  • Sugar 5 Tablespoons
  • Pomegranate 1
  • Apple 1
  • Black Grapes 100 gram
  • Banana 1

How to make Curd fruit truffle

  1. Cut all the fruits in slices.
  2. Now add sugar in curd and whipped it well.
  3. Now take n rectangular box or container and spread a layer of curd. Now on that layer equally spread banana's slices.
  4. Now on banana top again spread curd layer and now spread on that apple's slice.
  5. Again spread curd layer and now spread black grapes.
  6. Spread curd layer again on grapes top n now spread pomegranate on that top.
  7. Now add a final layer of curd n keep in freezer for two hours.
  8. After two hours takeout the box or container. Truffle is ready.
  9. Take it out in a plate and cut into four parts. Garnish with apple or banana slices.
My Tip: For garnishing just take 5 grapes and soak in sugar and garnish with that
