Ingredients to make Bhapa doi

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk 1 tin
  • Strawberry 6 nos chopped
  • Blueberry 3 tbs
  • grapes 8 nos
  • cashew nuts 8 nos crossed
  • sugar 11/2 tsp

How to make Bhapa doi

  1. In a large pan whisk hung curd and condensed milk together with a blender till smooth and creamy.
  2. Add strawberry, grapes, blueberry, sugar, cashew nuts and give it a quick stir.
  3. Pour this mixture into greased mould or bowl which is oven safe.
  4. Seal the mouth or top of the mould with silver foil
  5. Pop this in a steamer and steam for one hour
  6. Remove it and check using a knife / toothpick to see whether it is cooked or not .
  7. Now put this in fridge for atleast 2 hours to set .
  8. Ease the side of the mould using a knife and unmould it carefully.
  9. Serve chilled as a dessert
