Ingredients to make Cucumber Mint salted lassi

  • Cucumber - 2 peeled
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1 & half cup
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Green chilly - half ( adjust to taste )
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted jeera powder - 1 pinch
  • Chilli powder - 1 pinch

How to make Cucumber Mint salted lassi

  1. Peel & wash the cucumbers cut into cubes
  2. Now in a mixer blend the cucumbers, mint leaves, ginger, green chilly & curd till nice and smooth
  3. Add salt & mix well
  4. Pour in glasses and garnish with mint leaves & sprinkle roasted jeera powder & red chilli powder
  5. Serve chilled :blush:
