Peas chilla kadhi

Ingredients to make Peas chilla kadhi

  • Besan 1cup
  • Curd 1cup
  • Haldi
  • Salt
  • Hing
  • Red chilli powder half tsp
  • Cummin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • Ginger paste half tsp
  • Ghee or oil 1tsp
  • For peas chilla---
  • Besan half cup
  • Peas boil and mashed 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli half spoon
  • Water
  • Oil for making chilla
  • Coriander leaves and some peas for garnish

How to make Peas chilla kadhi

  1. Mix curd Besant and water and whisk till remove lumps
  2. Add salt haldi and chilli
  3. Make batter for chills add Besant spices and water
  4. Take nonstick tawa and make small round chillas
  5. For tadka-
  6. Take ghee in a pan and add Rai jeera hing
  7. When splutter add curry leaves and ginger paste
  8. Add peas and half cup water cook a while and add curd
  9. Besant mix.
  10. Stir continuously and cool kadhi well
  11. Now in a serving dish pour kadhi and arrange chills over it.
  12. Garnish with coriander and peas sprinkle some chilli powder
My Tip: Can add green chilli also
