  1. Curd 6 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan, add curd and keep heating curd till it gets breaking as shown in the picture.
  2. Mix it well until water is evaporated.
  3. Mix it for until you see a solid consistency.
  4. Finally curd will release powder substance, collect in a bowl and serve to all your family members.
