About Florets Recipe

Picky kids Fussy over eating vegetables readily savour this florets made of cabbage stuffing,with roasted bread nicely ringed.Looks are not deceptive as it tastes just yummiee.

Ingredients to make Florets

  • 4 slice of bread slices
  • butter to roast bread slices
  • One medium sized green cabbage washed and chopped in shreds
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chilly pastes
  • 3 carrots peeled washed and grated
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • I cup boiled corn kernels 1 tbsp organeo
  • 1capscicum sliced in equal little thick ringsfor decoration
  • Virgin olive Oil to saute vegetables
  • salt to taste

How to make Florets

  1. Shred washed cabbage,peeled carrots.Chop onion in slices.
  2. In heavy wok, heat Virgin Olive oil.Quickly saute garlic adding chilly paste. Mix onion,cabbage, carrots shreds.Spice up with remaining ingredients.Lastly add boiled sweet corn kernels. Toss up for a min and covered keep aside.
  3. Slice capsicum into little thick rings.Butter bread cutting out edges and lightly roast both side not so soft not so hard.
  4. Now top lightly roasted bread slices with tossed cabbage mix.
  5. Fold delicately passing through capsicum ring placing upright balancing on plate.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.

Healthy and enjoyable treat for one and all. Picky kids fussing over eating vegetables quickly happily savour it
