Ingredients to make Razma chaat in taco cup

  • 1cup maida
  • Salt
  • 1tsp oil
  • Water
  • For filling----
  • Boiled razma 1cup
  • Chop onion half cup
  • Chop tomato half cup
  • Ginger chilli paste 1tsp
  • Garlic paste 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Haldi
  • Garam masala half tsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Cummin seeds
  • oil 1tbsp
  • Curd half cup
  • green chutney
  • Onion rings and coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Razma chaat in taco cup

  1. Mix Maida salt oil and water make a dough
  2. Roll chapati grease a bowl from outside
  3. Take baking tray put the bowl in center keep greased side outside now put phulka over it and bake for 10 min.
  4. When it cooked it will become hard in shape
  5. Then slightly pick it up. U will get taco cup
  6. Prepare all cups like that
  7. For filling----
  8. Heat oil add jeera
  9. Then add ginger garlic chilli paste and saute
  10. Add onion and saute and add tomato also
  11. Cook a little and add boiled razma and spices
  12. Let it cool
  13. Time of serving fill cup with filling and add lemon juice
  14. Top with whisk thick curd chutney onion rings chop tomato and coriander leaves
