Ingredients to make Rajma chaat in taco cup

  • 1 cup maida
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Water
  • For filling----
  • Boiled rajma 1 cup
  • Chop onion half cup
  • Chop tomato half cup
  • Ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Haldi
  • Garam masala half tsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Cummin seeds
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Curd half cup
  • green chutney
  • Onion rings and coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Rajma chaat in taco cup

  1. Mix Maida, salt, oil and water to make a dough
  2. Roll chapati and grease a bowl from outside
  3. Take baking tray put the bowl in center keep greased side outside now put phulka over it and bake for 10 min.
  4. When it is cooked it will become hard in shape
  5. Then slightly pick it up. You will get a taco cup
  6. Prepare all cups like that
  7. For filling----
  8. Heat oil add jeera
  9. Then add ginger, garlic, chilli paste and saute
  10. Add onion and saute and add tomato also
  11. Cook a little and add boiled rajma and spices
  12. Let it cool
  13. Time of serving filled cup with the prepared filling and add lemon juice
  14. Top it with whisk thick curd chutney, onion rings, chop tomato and coriander leaves
