Healthy Digestive Green Smoothie

Ingredients to make Healthy Digestive Green Smoothie

  • curd 2 cups
  • Baby spinach leaves 15 no
  • avocado pulp 3 tsp
  • parsley chopped 2 tsp
  • mint leaves 10 no.
  • banana frozen 1 ( optional)
  • ginger grated 1 tbsp
  • Green grapes 1 cup
  • Orange juice 1 tbsp cup per glass. / pineapple juice.
  • pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • Roasted ground Zeera 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/4 tsp / per searving. / optional.

How to make Healthy Digestive Green Smoothie

  1. Blend everything in the mixture except orange juice. Can add little water/ ice cubes before adding all ingredients to smoothen the process of blending.
  2. After everything gets blended well add orange juice. Just give a quick stir and serve.
  3. You can add 1/2 tsp lemon juice if you want ( according to your own taste)

My Tip:

I have not added Banana. I added fresh orange juice at the time of serving. 2 tbsp / glass. You can add pineapple juice.
